A fresh sunlit morning... coffee on the terrace... My husband has a foursome at nine. For me, yoga at Artesia's fitness center... just a short stroll away... wait till you see the gardens... hummingbirds... fountains... butterflies.

Afterwards, I catch up on email by the pool. Then whip up lunch for friends... did I mention how much I love this gorgeous kitchen? We work off dessert on the walking trails... just enough time to luxuriate in my 6' soaking tub. Rendezvous with my husband at the magic hour when the sun sets over the Camelbacks.

Tonight, reservations at Roka Akor... and a nightcap on our terrace... under the stars... where the desert meets the mountains in the heart of it all. Visit soon!
